As Co-owner & General Manager of Southern Floor Co., Steven brings over 20 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles. Whether it's managing the business or helping customers find the perfect flooring, his passion has always been centered around serving others.
Steven is married to his wife, Nicole, an attorney with Wilson & Associates in Little Rock. Together they have two children, Lincoln and Alivia, who you might spot in the showroom from time to time helping with office tasks and keeping everyone smiling! When they're not at the store, the Murray family loves spending time outdoors, especially if it involves the water.
A graduate of Arkansas State University, Steven has a passion for travel that's taken him to Europe, Australia, and Central America. He's also on a mission to visit all 50 states—only 12 left! Steven is also a proud member of First Baptist Church of Hot Springs, where his faith plays an important role in his life and commitment to serving others.
When he's home in Hot Springs Village, you'll find him playing golf, walking Balboa Beach with his family, or cheering on the Razorbacks.

During the week, she serves as an attorney with Attorneys Title Group, and on weekends, you'll find her helping customers choose the perfect flooring as one of our Design Specialists.
Nicole earned her B.A. in Educational Studies from Warner University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2010. She went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2017. She was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2017 and is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association.
Nicole and her husband, Steven, are proud parents to two wonderful children, Lincoln and Alivia. You may even catch the energetic duo in the showroom from time to time helping with office tasks and bringing smiles to everyone they meet! As a family, they love spending time outdoors, especially if it involves the water.

In addition to Southern Floor Co., Clint and his wife, Leana, own CLE Homes, LLC, where they build beautiful new homes throughout Arkansas. With deep Arkansas roots, they're passionate about providing quality craftsmanship and exceptional service without breaking the bank.
Clint earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas and is an avid fisherman who enjoys spending time on the water whenever he gets the chance.

When she's not helping customers, Stephanie stays busy cheering on her son as he plays basketball, football, and baseball, or supporting him as he advances through Scouts. Family time is at the heart of everything she does!

Austin takes great pride in delivering exceptional results and believes there's nothing more rewarding than completing a job well done and seeing a happy customer at the end of the day.
Outside of work, Austin is a devoted husband and proud father of four beautiful daughters. Most of his free time is spent tackling honey-do lists around the house and making memories with his family. He says he couldn't be happier with the life they've built in Arkansas and is grateful to be part of the Southern Floor Co. team.
